*UPDATE* – iPhone Firmware 2.0.1 still suffers from keyboard lag

I just downloaded and installed the new iPhone 2.0.1 firmware and so far it looks like it has gotten rid of the keyboard lag that has been irritating me most. I’ll see how it goes in the next couple of days.

All you gotta do is plugin your iphone to your computer and open up iTunes. Once iTunes recognizes the iPhone you should get a pop-up asking you to update your iPhone to the 2.0.1 firmware. The download and install takes about 20 to 25 minutes. It’s a hefty 249 megabytes in size but even after it’s downloaded iTunes takes a while to finish the update.
